The BC-700 is a rotating belt cleaner specially developed for cleaning conveyor systems in hygienic applications. The rotation of the nozzle bar is driven by the cleaning water itself. The nozzles at both ends of the bar clean the conveyor belt over a cleaning diameter of 400, 500 or 600 mm, depending on the version. The controlled rotation speed ensures effective cleaning, and water consumption is low compared to static nozzles.

The cleaner is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) and C-PTFE, making it chemical and corrosion resistant. It requires no lubricants and no ball bearings and is therefore low-maintenance. It can be installed in any position; the optimum installation height is 50 mm. The BC-700 is suitable for single as well as multiple installation and is a cost-effective solution for conveyor belt cleaning.

Typical applications are conveyor belts in the food processing industry.
