The IBC cleaner is compact and easy to operate. The cleaning head, which rotates through 360°, ensures excellent cleaning. Depending on the degree of soiling, the unit can be operated at different pressures and with cold or hot water. Solvents can also be used. The IBC cleaner with water drive consists of a cleaning head, a water drive, a splash guard plate, a connecting pipe and an optional suspension bracket.
A compact water turbine converts the flow of the cleaning water into a rotary motion: the energy of the water is used not only for cleaning but also to drive the cleaning head. The connecting pipe transmits the motion and conveys the high-pressure water to the spray head. A gearing on the spray head engages with a fixed gearing on the connecting pipe, so that the spray head also rotates about a second axis offset by 90°. Thanks to the rotation in two axes, the nozzles move in a spherical pattern, and after a certain time the water jet has covered every area inside the container.
The cleaner is simply inserted into the IBC opening with the flange; the guide can be set to the opening sizes DN 150 and DN 225. With different pipe lengths, the IBC cleaner can be configured for containers of 600, 800, 1000 and 1250 l. The speed can be varied via the water volume and adapted to the available water volume with different nozzles. Thanks to the modular design, individual elements can be replaced, so the unit is quickly ready for use again after servicing. The IBC cleaner is designed for a long service life, is easy to maintain and runs very quietly.
