Do you have a defective cleaning machine or rotating nozzle? We offer our own in-house, professional maintenance and repair service for cleaning equipment.
Send us the defective device for inspection and you will receive the following services free of charge:
- Professional cleaning of your cleaning device
- Disassembly and condition analysis
- Free quotation for maintenance and repair. If you accept the quotation, you will receive your device back in working order within a few days.
How long does maintenance and repair normally take from receipt of goods to dispatch?
The time required for maintenance and repair depends on several factors.
- Severity of the damage to the device
- Degree of soiling of the device
- Availability of components

If you notify us in advance that you are sending a device for repair, including a description of the fault, the time required for the work in our workshop can be reduced.
Does maintenance make sense even if the device still works perfectly?
Different standard maintenance intervals are recommended for different types of cleaners. As a rule, it makes sense to have a cleaner inspected after 500 operating hours. Regular maintenance helps to prevent defects and failure of the cleaner. Operating a cleaner until it fails completely can lead to higher maintenance and repair costs. Regular maintenance while the cleaner is still working helps to avoid higher costs.
Conditions for sending in a cleaning machine for a maintenance and repair quotation
Parts and components that you send us for maintenance and repair must be rinsed with water inside and out before shipping. The components must be free of any substances that are hazardous to health, flammable, explosive or may cause injury.
Any residues must not pose a risk to people or the environment.
