The Turbo SSB 40 is a slowly rotating rotary nozzle. During operation, the liquid flowing through causes the ball head to rotate evenly and with a brake. Flat liquid jets with a long range emerge through slits. The slow rotation of the nozzle favors an effective bundled liquid impact with high impact effect. This achieves a cleaning effect of up to 3 meters in diameter.

The Turbo SSB 75 is a slowly rotating rotary nozzle. During operation, the liquid flowing through causes the ball head to rotate evenly and with a brake. Flat liquid jets with a long range emerge through slits. The slow rotation of the nozzle favors an effective bundled liquid impact with high impact effect. This achieves a cleaning effect of up to 4.7 meters in diameter.
The Turbo SSB 75 is available as a CS variant without a split pin on the ball head or without a split pin at all. Turbo SSB are available in 3 sizes and many connection types. Common areas of application for Turbo SSB 75 rotary nozzles can be found in the dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries for cleaning production, process or transport containers.

Sanitor rotary nozzle
Jet-forming, slowly turning and heat-resistant rotary nozzle
The Sanitor is a compact, liquid-bearing rotary nozzle consisting of just 3 stainless steel components.

From a liquid pressure of at least 2 bar, the stainless steel rotor is lifted by the liquid and slowly begins to rotate.
Flat, overlapping jets of liquid are generated through liquid outlet openings. The liquid jets create a strong impact effect, which is favored by the slow rotation. The pure stainless steel construction of the Sanitor makes it extremely temperature-resistant.

The Sanitor is ideally suited as a replacement for fixed spray balls. The sanitor can be driven flexibly in the range of 2 to 20 bar liquid pressure and achieves a cleaning diameter of up to 4.8 meters.

Without ball bearings and without plastic components, FDA compliant and suitable for EX zones. The Sanitor is available with a 360° spray pattern and 3/8″ BSP/NPT or 1/2″ cotter pin mounting.


Troll Ball 2″ rotary nozzle

The Troll Ball is a rotating cleaning nozzle whose ball head is equipped with holes instead of slots. The ball-bearing-free and wear-resistant drive system generates a slow rotation in which strong, bundled liquid jets with high impact force are formed. The individual jets cover each other, which means that a complete 360° cleaning action is achieved. Troll Balls are also available in 180° variants and with attached flat jet or bundle nozzles to improve coverage or increase the jet strength. Troll Ball rotating nozzles are robust and almost indestructible and can be easily serviced or repaired in the event of a defect. Every component of a Troll Ball is available as a spare part.

The simple and effective drive system of the TROLL BALL 2″ creates a slow and constant rotation. This process provides continuous cleaning with different cleaning media and a wide temperature range. The TROLL BALL has few moving parts, providing a compact, reliable, and low-maintenance cleaning solution. The TROLL BALL is ideal as a replacement for fixed or rotating spray balls.
