The BRA Simplex is a mobile handheld unit for cleaning the inside of barrels directly at the storage location. It consists of a rotating cleaning head, an electric motor and a connecting pipe and is inserted through the bunghole (larger than Ø 37 mm) into barrels with a capacity of 225 to 600 litres.

Via the connecting pipe, the electric motor drives the R40 cleaning head, which rotates at 17 rpm and covers the entire inside of the barrel (360°) with its two nozzles. The slowly turning, three-dimensionally rotating cleaning head ensures effective and gentle cleaning of the entire inner surface of the wine barrel and removes tartar without damaging the wood structure. During and after cleaning, an integrated injector system extracts the dirty water through the suction pipe – the vacuum required for this is generated by the high pressure of the cleaning water. Cleaning and extraction thus take place in a single operation; a complete cycle takes approx. 3–5 minutes.

Thanks to the modular design, the cleaning head, motor and connecting pipe can be replaced individually, so the unit is quickly ready for use again after servicing. Product description

Cleaning mixing equipment is a challenging task that the MixerWasher handles efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. The MixerWasher is a tank cleaner with an electric geared motor, developed for cleaning mixers such as concrete and cement mixers as well as production, storage and transport tanks. It consists of the RW cleaning head, a connecting pipe, a mounting flange and the electric motor.

The geared motor generates the rotary motion and transmits it via the motor drive shaft and the connecting pipe to the cleaning head, which is inclined at 45°. As the head rotates at 14 rpm, the two nozzles achieve a jet coverage of 270°; a complete cycle takes approx. 4.1 minutes. The high-pressure water is connected at the connecting pipe and routed to the cleaning head. Only the cleaning head and the connecting pipe enter the tank; the mounting flange can be slid along the pipe and clamped in the desired position.

Speed and torque are matched to the cleaning task. Thanks to the modular design, the individual components can be replaced, so the unit is quickly ready for use again after servicing. The robust design of the components, especially the cleaning head, is specially tailored to the requirements of the concrete industry – a reliable tool that is always ready for use. Application: automatic cleaning of concrete mixers

In planetary and pan mixers, cleaning affects wear, availability and product quality. Several high-pressure cleaning heads permanently installed in the mixer lid (3 to 4 depending on mixer size), supplied by a pump unit delivering at least 120 bar and 50 l/min, clean the mixer automatically with the lid closed. The 45° angle in the swivel joint deliberately leaves out the upper part of the mixer; solid-stream nozzles ensure high impact pressure, and all rotating points are sealed against dust.

Time: basic cleaning in approx. 10 minutes instead of 50 to 60 minutes by hand – with correspondingly shorter downtime.
Staff: the operator only needs to check the cleaning result.
Water: experience shows water consumption is halved compared with manual cleaning – lower fresh water and waste water costs.
Cleanliness: no splash water around the mixer.

The BRM is a mobile barrel cleaner with water drive for cleaning the inside of barrels with a capacity of 225 to 600 litres. It allows easy handling and cleaning of barrels placed on racks. It consists of an HRK cleaner, a mobile frame and an optionally available loading ramp.

For cleaning, the barrel is taken from the storage location and placed on the loading ramp. The cleaning head is inserted from below through the bunghole (larger than Ø 38 mm), and the dirty water drains out through the bunghole. A compact water turbine uses the energy of the cleaning water to drive the cleaning head at the same time: it rotates at 10–30 rpm and covers the entire inside of the barrel (360°) with its two nozzles. This unit, unique worldwide, is designed for maximum efficiency. It consists of an HRK cleaner, a compact mobile frame and an optionally available loading ramp.

The barrels remain on the rack during cleaning; the barrel cleaner is inserted directly into the barrel from below. The very compact, spherical high-pressure spray head can be inserted quickly and without damage through the bunghole (larger than Ø 38 mm), and the dirty water drains out through the bunghole. A compact water turbine uses the energy of the cleaning water to drive the cleaning head at the same time – the unit works without a cable, and cleaning starts as soon as the ball valve is opened. The head rotates at 10–30 rpm and covers the entire inside of the barrel (360°) with its two nozzles. The speed can be varied via the water volume and adapted to the available water volume with different nozzles. Depending on the degree of soiling, a complete cycle takes approx. 3–5 minutes. Thanks to the modular design, the individual components can be replaced, so the unit is quickly ready for use again after servicing. Product description

The BC-700 is a rotating belt cleaner specially developed for cleaning conveyor systems in hygienic applications. The rotation of the nozzle bar is driven by the cleaning water itself. The nozzles at both ends of the bar clean the conveyor belt over a cleaning diameter of 400, 500 or 600 mm, depending on the version. The controlled rotation speed ensures effective cleaning, and water consumption is low compared to static nozzles.

The cleaner is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) and C-PTFE, making it chemical and corrosion resistant. It requires no lubricants and no ball bearings and is therefore low-maintenance. It can be installed in any position; the optimum installation height is 50 mm. The BC-700 is suitable for single as well as multiple installation and is a cost-effective solution for conveyor belt cleaning.

Typical applications are conveyor belts in the food processing industry.

In operation, the nozzles of the FURY oscillate at a 90° angle, while the head of the FURY rotates on its own axis. This produces extremely powerful water jets with a long range.
